The temperature sensor is the core component of the thermostat

Plumbing heating thermostat is a device used to regulate the indoor temperature, which usually consists of temperature sensor, control panel and actuator.
The temperature sensor is the core component of the thermostat, which is used to detect the indoor temperature in real time. It usually adopts the sensor principle such as thermistor or thermocouple, which is able to sense the change of indoor temperature. When the indoor temperature changes, the temperature sensor will transmit the detected data to the control panel for further processing.
The control panel is the intelligent control centre of the thermostat, which is mainly responsible for receiving the data from the temperature sensor and processing it. It is equipped with temperature adjustment, time control, mode selection and other functions. The temperature adjustment function can control the indoor temperature according to the indoor temperature range set by the user. The time control function can flexibly adjust the indoor temperature according to the time period set by the user to achieve energy saving and comfort. Mode selection function can select the appropriate working mode, such as cooling mode, heating mode, ventilation mode, etc., according to the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, season and other factors.
Actuator is the output part of the thermostat, which is mainly responsible for executing the instructions from the control panel and adjusting the indoor temperature. Actuators usually include solenoid valves, electric valves, fans, etc. Solenoid valves and motorised valves are used to control the supply of hot water or warm air, opening or closing according to the instructions from the control panel to adjust the indoor temperature. Fans are used to ventilate or forcibly circulate air to adjust indoor temperature and humidity.
The working principle of the plumbing heating thermostat is to detect the indoor temperature through the temperature sensor, transmit the data to the control panel, which processes the data according to the set temperature range and mode selection, and finally adjusts the indoor temperature through the actuator to achieve the comfortable temperature required by the user.
In short, the plumbing heating thermostat realises real-time monitoring and intelligent regulation of the indoor temperature through the collaborative work of the temperature sensor, control panel and actuator, providing a comfortable and energy-saving heating experience.
